• Bathrooms: - The first room has two basins, toilet, tub, shower and matching towels. The second room has one basin, toilet, tub, shower and matching towels. The third room has one basin, toilet and matching towels. The fourth room has one basin, toilet, shower and matching towels.

• Beach Description:  The beach is fine sand. The beach is gradual for a long distance. The water is clear. There are good swimming conditions in warm water. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. A new 110 foot dock has been built and it is available for guests to use.

 

• Distance to Lake: -  The home is a lakefront property. There is no obstruction between the home and the water.

 

• Distance to Shopping and Dining: - All amenities are within a walk or short drive.

 

• Distance to Ski Resorts: - Big White and Silver Star ski resorts are within an hours drive.

 

• Distance to Golf Course: - There are plenty of golf courses in the area to enjoy.

 

• Payment Policies: - The rent is calculated by the week. Payment required to complete the booking is 50% at the time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to the date booked).

 

• Weekly Rental Rates are as follows:

January, February, March, April, May, October, November, & December. (weekly rental rate) Saturday to Saturday is $2100 per week.

 

June and September: (weekly rental rate) Saturday to Saturday
 is $2500 per week.

 

First 2 weeks in July & the last 2 weeks in August: (weekly rental rate) Saturday to Saturday
 is $3500 per week.

 

Last 2 weeks of July & the first 2 weeks in August: Saturday to Saturday
 is $4200 per week.

• Check In/Out : Weekly Rentals - Saturday to Saturday - You may check in after 4pm and stay until 11am on your departure day.

 

• Pet Policy: -  Dogs and cats are allowed but must be specifically approved by the owner.
