The beach is fine sand. The beach is
gradual for a long distance. The water is clear water. There are good
swimming conditions in warm water. There is a dock and moorage
float/anchor. A new 110 foot dock has been built and it is available for
guests to use.

no property between the unit and the water.

All amenities are within a walk or short
drive.
